June 2026 Employee of the Month

We honor Jennifer Flores, Program Assistant in Arts Education, as the Employee of the Month for June 2026.

Jenny is dedicated to her team and brings integrity, professionalism, and care to everything she does in support of Team FCSS and the students and families of Fresno County. Over the past four years, she has consistently gone above and beyond her role, always willing to step in, help others, and find solutions that make her team stronger.

Jenny has created thoughtful and efficient systems that have been adopted not only within her department, but across the Curriculum & Instruction division. Her work has improved workflow, strengthened onboarding processes for new staff, and helped elevate the quality of services provided throughout the division. Her attention to detail and strong understanding of financial processes have also earned the respect and praise of the Finance department.

In addition to the outstanding administrative support she provides, Jenny shares her talents as a professional photographer to help enhance FCSS events and experiences for students and families. Her recent photography work with the Fresno County Youth Poet Laureate finalists helped each student feel seen, confident, and celebrated.

Above all, Jenny models professionalism, humility, and a strong sense of responsibility. She encourages those around her, supports the growth of her colleagues, and leads by example every day.
