Doing Business With FCSS
The Purchase Order Standard Terms and Conditions link below applies to all purchase orders issued by the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools (FCSS). Acceptance of any Purchase Order shall effect a contract between the FCSS and the Seller (Contractor/Vendor/Supplier/) under which the rights, liabilities and obligations of the FCSS and Seller shall be governed.
These terms and conditions are subordinate to any terms and conditions that exist under a previously approved contract for the same goods and services.
