February 2026 Employee of the Month

We honor Pam Willard, Paraeducator in Special Education/CIRCLE, as the Employee of the Month for February 2026.

At Roosevelt Elementary School's CIRCLE (Comprehensive Instruction, Reinforcing, Collaborative Learning Environment) program in the Central Unified School District, Pam supports elementary students with autism. She consistently shows up prepared, dependable and fully committed to meeting students’ individual needs. What truly sets Pam apart is her ability to design and implement highly creative, engaging lessons that support multimodal learning.

Pam is one of the most creative people you’ll ever meet, with a unique ability to turn anything into an engaging learning activity. She makes learning fun and demonstrates her love of education every day through her dedication to every student.

Any visitor to her room will immediately see Pam’s positive impact through various artistic displays of student work. She thoughtfully incorporates visual, hands-on and movement-based strategies to help students access content, build understanding and stay motivated. Pam’s lessons not only support academic growth, but also foster confidence, independence and a love of learning.

In addition to her positive impact in the classroom, Pam has traveled the world and is an excellent baker, sharing her treats with her colleagues at every opportunity.
