June 2025 Employee of the Month

We honor Paul Gong, Production Specialist in the Multimedia Services department, as the June 2025 Employee of the Month. 

Pal has been a dedicated member of the multimedia team for the past 20 years. Through his reliability, expertise and positive, can-do attitude, he embodies the spirit of Team FCSS. Paul is the definition of a team player, always willing to step in, assist and ensure that everything runs smoothly. His knowledge, organization and accountability make him an invaluable asset to the department and the entire agency. Unsurprisingly, the phrase "Let's ask Paul" is a common refrain whenever an audio-visual question arises. His guidance and technical expertise have made him a go-to resource for many. 

What sets Paul apart is not just his skill, but his consistency. He executes every task with precision and quality, never seeking the spotlight, but consistently delivering excellence. In fact, because of Paul's expertise and dedication behind the scenes, our events run smoothly, often without people realizing the immense effort he puts in to make that happen. His work ensures that our programs, meetings and gatherings are executed with professionalism and efficiency, allowing others to focus on their roles without worry. 

His kind demeanor and willingness to help always create a collaborative and supportive environment and strengthen the entire team.
