Sra honored as December Employee of the Month

It is with pleasure that we honor Raj Sra, Chief Technology Officer of Information Systems and Technology, as the December 2019 Employee of the Month.

Raj is unfailing both personally and professionally in all of his interactions with colleagues, districts and the public. In addition to his technical expertise, he excels in his interpersonal skills. He is always kind, accessible and never makes you feel as if you are a bother. Not only does he run a top-notch department, IS&T is critical to the success of our organization.

Raj has taken on a number of large projects to help support educators countywide, including Foster Youth, general programming, data base design and Everest. The bottom line is – Raj is incredibly nice, always making you feel like your questions, issues or problems are his highest priority in the moment. Someone of his intellect, skill set, compassion and personable nature is a tremendous asset to FCSS.

“I love what I do,” said Raj. “I like to build things and in this field I get to build from scratch. That gives me joy.”
