July 2023 Employee of the Month

It is with pleasure that we honor Gina Wolf, Systems Analyst in the Application Support & Development department, as the July 2023 Employee of the Month.

Gina is driven, hardworking, creative and is committed not only to the success of her team and department, but also to the success of the Office of the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools. This past year, she led FCSS in a Request for Proposal process to find a new financial system. She became the point person during the RFP, communicating with vendors, scheduling meetings and ensuring that FCSS has the information it needed to make informed decisions. This was a huge project to undertake and Gina’s participation was essential for the success and outcome of the RFP. 

Gina goes the extra mile to help others in the organization. She has a friendly and positive attitude and is willing to assist in every way possible. When you think of FCSS’ norms of behavior, Gina strives to meet them in all she does. Gina is accountable and keeps her commitments. She is respectful and treats you as an equal, never diminishing your role or who you are. Gina listens to understand and takes everyone’s views into consideration. She is open, authentic and always transparent. She continues to pursue growth. In fact, Gina is in the process of obtaining her bachelor of arts degree and has been maintaining a 4.0 GPA. Finally, Gina celebrates and encourages everyone around her. She recognizes her colleagues in the work they do and knows how to celebrate the success of her team.
