Community Engagement and Development

Community Engagement and Development promotes the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools’ core value of fostering community partnerships to benefit Fresno County students.  These community partnerships include educational institutions, community-based organizations, businesses, community members and private, public, and government organizations with the goal of leveraging resources that will contribute to a comprehensive, well-rounded education for Fresno County students ages 0-22.  Community Engagement and Development seeks opportunities to highlight the available resources of the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools and to partner with the community to support programs and events with a shared vision of ensuring students reach their full potential.  Community Engagement and Development also supports the philanthropic efforts of the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools through its 501 (c)(3) non-profit fundraising arm, The Foundation @ FCOE.
