The PPS department provides school psychologist services to schools and districts on an annual contract basis. We receive and process all student referrals to FCSS special education programs for students with severe disabilities. PPS also provides records support.
Instructional Division
The Fresno County Superintendent of Schools, Instructional Division provides support in a multitude of areas and disciplines to our Fresno County schools and districts. The department works with local, regional, and state partners to build the capacity of educators to close the achievement gap, while honoring equity and diversity. The Instructional Division addresses both the academic and social development of all students, ages 0-22, through coaching, engaging professional learning, and high-quality technical assistance.
