Gianna Gonzalez, a student at CTEC High School, and Maia Menefee, a mentor and Operations Engineer at Chevron, are making waves in the world of engineering. Events like Women in Engineering at Fresno City College are providing opportunities for young women like Gianna to explore STEM fields, guided by inspiring mentors like Maia.
