Special Education Student Superstar

Chance Jones, a 17-year-old deaf student, excels in his art project at Washington Union High School, displaying determination and enthusiasm. With the support of interpreters and dedicated teachers, Chance has thrived academically. Through a partnership with the Fresno County Superintendent of Schools, Chance not only excels in his studies but also actively encourages his peers to learn sign language, earning him the title of September's Superintendent's Superstar for his outstanding demeanor and commitment to education.
