Migrant Christmas
Isela Molina and her four daughters, recent migrants from Mexico, walked into the Firebaugh High School Library to be pleasantly surprised by a festive atmosphere. The Fresno County Superintendent of Schools Migrant Education Department chose the Molina family, recognizing their perseverance and commitment to education, to receive a special Christmas celebration, complete with gifts, grocery cards, a Christmas tree, and additional social services. Isela expressed gratitude, considering it a blessing from God through the Migrant Program, emphasizing the profound impact on her daughters' happiness and her life.
