Dr. Mark Marshall Central Superintendent

Central Unified has a new leader at the helm. Dr. Mark Marshall, who stepped into his role as Superintendent in July, is spending his first 100 days meeting students, greeting teachers, and listening to community members. With years of experience leading districts in Los Banos and Lancaster, and a career that began as a special education teacher, Dr. Marshall is focused on keeping kids first.

In this Education Matters report, hear his vision for supporting every student โ€” from English learners and students with special needs to those who are economically disadvantaged โ€” while responsibly planning for growth and improving existing school facilities.

Fresno County Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Michelle Copher, shares why sheโ€™s excited to partner with Dr. Marshall as he leads Central Unified into the future.
