Dr. Kim Armstrong, the President of Clovis Community College, is focused on prioritizing students while implementing the college's new educational master plan and expanding the career technical education program. Dr. Armstrong recently participated in the African American Student Leadership Conference as a keynote panelist, sharing her journey to higher education with hundreds of students and emphasizing the importance of education as a legacy passed down through generations. The conference, themed "We Stand on the Shoulders of Giants," provided students with the opportunity to connect with community leaders and educators, fostering inspiration and support for their educational journeys during the celebration of Black History Month.
