Access CHDP Information, Brochures and Forms 

Consists of seven workshops designed to update practicing Fresno County school nurses on pertinent health issues.

The City/County School Nurse Seminars are approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing (Provider No. CEP 3911) for TWO (2) contact hours EACH session.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Well-Child Exams (0-18 years old)
• Pre-School Wellness Screening
• Immunizations - Free
• Treatment of minor injuries and illnesses
• Body mass index, height and weight evaluation
• Dental screening
• Nutrition education
• Asthma education
• WIC referrals
• Referrals to specialists
