Santoyo honored as July Employee of the Month

It is with pleasure that we honor Abigail Santoyo, Program Assistant in All4Youth, as the July 2021 Employee of the Month.

Abigail is an exemplary employee! She is dedicated to assisting parents and staff by going above and beyond her normal duties. Abigail shows initiative, dedication and commitment to her work. Whether it is within her job duty or not, if she sees something needs to be done, she takes care of it and provides an update to the appropriate individuals.

Abigail is a team player. She takes on tasks such as building furniture and juggles them with her other daily duties to ensure All4Youth offices are ready to open. There were a few instances where parents requested a call back at an earlier or later time than the assigned work schedule and Abigail quickly offered to take care of these calls because she was working from home and could arrange her schedule to do so. She always finishes tasks before the deadline and volunteers to take on more tasks to ensure the program is successful.

Abigail provides exceptional customer service to parents and staff. She is always positive and courteous. No matter how busy she is, Abigail will make herself available when staff comes into the office to drop off or pick up items. She is a great multi-tasker, problem solver and can be counted on to assist with any task. Even when Abigail does not have the answer to a question or concern, she will find a resource and provide an answer or solution for you.

Abigail has a growth mindset and during staff meetings when concerns are brought up by team members, she is positive and offers solutions. Abigail was recently promoted to Program Assistant and although she now has more complex assignments, she still ensures to check in with the office assistants to see if she can provide support in any area.

“This recognition is even more of a motivation to continue to work hard to help the youth, families and the community who benefit from All 4 Youth,” said Abigail. “All 4 Youth is continuously growing. Every day I learn something new and love that I am a part of this wonderful program and organization.”
