January Superintendent’s Superstar shines

Chali Lee is a junior at Clovis High School. He is one of three in his class chosen for the National Honors Society and has been on the Principal’s Advisory for Student Affairs for three years. He currently serves as the Asian Club vice president and played an important role in planning the Asian Student Success Conference. He has been a club officer all three years at CHS.

Chali is also dedicated to community service. He is a Hmong youth leader for Fresno Interdenominational Refugee Ministries and a Lee Educational Heritage Foundation youth mentor. As a mentor, Chali helps to create educational workshops for the youth of the foundation, tutors middle school students and helps with financial aid and college application workshops. He is also involved in the Youth Leadership Institute for Boys and Men of Color. He is a Valley Children’s Hospital Kids Day volunteer and a Rotary Crab Feed server.
