Registration Procedure

All Projects

Step 1.    Complete the online registration form and submit by Feb. 17, 2010.

Step 2.    Print the Project Proposal (Form 1).  Fill out the form and obtain all required signatures.

Step 3.    Mail completed Form 1 with signatures and a check for $15 by Feb. 17, 2010 to:

Restricted Projects

Step 1.    Complete the online registration form and submit by Feb. 17, 2010.

Step 2.    Print the Project Proposal (Form 1) and the required restricted project forms.  Fill out the forms and obtain all required signatures.

Step 3.    Mail completed forms with signatures and a check for $15 by Jan. 15, 2010 to:
