Every student must submit these forms to enter the fair.
• Complete the online registration procedures
• Checklist for Adult Sponsor, Student Checklist, Approval Form, Regulated Research Institutional/Industrial Setting Forms (1, 1A, 1B, 1C)

Projects that are a continuation in the same field of study as a previous project.
• Continuation Project Form (7)
 

If your project is restricted, you must also submit the appropriate form(s).
