California Science Fair

The California State Science Fair is the final science fair of the academic year for students throughout the State of California in grades 6 - 12, serving California's future scientists since 1952. It is hosted by the California Science Center.

The 61st annual California State Science Fair will be held in the California Science Center on April 30 - May 1, 2012. That's only 117 days away! This year we expect approximately 950 participants from nearly 400 schools throughout the State to meet in competition for awards totaling $50,000.
