Leadership Academy

We want your reluctant, reserved, hesitant students. You know; those bright kids on campus that you wish would get more involved. We’ll return them with more confidence, courage and poise. Our Leadership Academy is about the five elements of leadership:

• Personal vision and goals
• 4 stages of leadership: lead oneself, lead small groups, lead large groups, then ultimately developing leadership in others
• Three Rs: Respect, Responsibility, Resourcefulness
• Three Fs: Fun and Fail Forward
• Three Cs: Communication, Cooperation, Commitment

This curriculum has trained hundreds of students that fall in the “quiet majority:”

• To lead and model leadership
• To step up instead of being a by-stander
• To live the morals and values that benefit the greater good
• To work in a team and create a sense of community in their schools
