Credentials
The Fresno County Office of Education Credentials Department is dedicated to serving the thirty-four public school districts, local charter and private schools, educators and other individuals within our county requiring assistance pertaining to all credentials, certificates and permits issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Our purpose is to ensure all teachers, service providers and administrators are appropriately certified and assigned in compliance with both state and federal mandates. The Credentials Department also provides training and support at the local, regional and state level in collaboration with school districts and Institutes of Higher Education. As a result, the students of Fresno County are assured highly qualified, properly credentialed teachers and administrators.
